These terms govern your use of the RBHelix website and subscription service. By creating an account or starting a trial, you agree to them.

RBHelix is a subscription service for business data analysis. You upload datasets, see which analyses your dataset and plan support, submit analysis requests and receive results and PDF reports in your private dashboard.
RBHelix carries out the selected analyses and reviews the results before they are published to your dashboard.
The service is intended for business use. When you create an account, you agree to:
RBHelix offers three monthly plans, priced in US dollars. Analyses are grouped by plan, and higher plans include the analyses of lower plans; the Pricing page lists what each plan includes.
For the safety and stability of the service, the same technical limits apply to every plan: a maximum size per uploaded file and a maximum number of datasets stored on an account at the same time. The limits in force are shown in your dashboard when you upload. Please use the service in a way that does not affect other customers.
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and each account can use one free trial. Stripe collects a payment method at checkout, but no subscription fee is charged during the trial.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and is charged monthly in advance until you cancel.
Introductory offer: your first 3 paid months are billed with a 25% discount on the regular monthly price; from the 4th paid month the regular price applies. The free trial is not one of the discounted months. The offer applies once per account, together with the free trial.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You manage your subscription in the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can change your plan, update your payment method and billing details, and view invoices. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
If we change our prices, we will tell you by email in advance, before the new price applies to your subscription.
You can cancel at any time in the Customer Portal. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged.
If you cancel during a paid period, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Payments already made are not refunded, except where a refund is required by law.
You can move to another plan in the Customer Portal. The portal shows how the change affects your billing before you confirm it.
You remain the owner of the data you upload and of the results and reports prepared for you. You grant RBHelix the rights needed to store, process and analyse your data solely to provide the service to you.
The RBHelix service, software, brand, logo, website content and report templates belong to RBHelix. These terms do not transfer any of these rights to you, other than the right to use the service, and the results prepared for you, in your business.
You are responsible for the data you upload. In particular, you agree to:
Which analyses are available depends on the columns and history in your dataset and on your plan. If a request cannot be completed with the data provided, RBHelix may mark it as Needs More Data and explain what is missing.
Results are based on the data you provide, and their accuracy depends on its quality and completeness. Forecasts are estimates based on historical data and are not guarantees of future performance.
Results and reports are business information. They are not legal, tax, investment or accounting advice, and decisions you make based on them remain your responsibility.
You must not use RBHelix in any of the ways listed below. We may suspend or close an account that does, that puts the service or other customers at risk, or that has an unpaid balance. Where reasonable, we will notify you first and give you a chance to resolve the issue.
You can stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription and, if you wish, deleting your account.
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided as is and we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, RBHelix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. We will notify account holders by email before a material change takes effect. If you continue to use the service after that, the updated terms apply.
