What we use
This is the complete list of cookies and browser storage set by RBHelix:
- __Host-rbh_session (first-party cookie, strictly necessary): keeps you signed in. Set only after you log in. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax. Expires after up to 14 days of inactivity or when you log out.
- rbhelix-locale (browser localStorage): remembers your language choice on the website. Kept until you clear your browser storage.
- rbhelix-dashboard-locale (browser localStorage): remembers your language choice on shared client dashboards. Kept until you clear your browser storage.
What we do not use
We do not use analytics, advertising, social media or other tracking cookies, and we do not use browser storage to follow you across other websites.
Why there is no cookie banner
Because we only use storage that is strictly necessary for the service or that remembers a choice you made, we do not show a cookie consent banner. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
Stripe pages
Checkout and the Customer Portal are hosted by Stripe. Stripe sets its own cookies on those pages under its own cookie policy, which you can review at https://stripe.com/cookie-settings.
How to control cookies and storage
You can view, block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings.
Clearing local storage resets your language preference to the default. Blocking the session cookie prevents you from logging in to your account.

If we change the cookies or storage we use, we will update this page and the date at the top.
